Most Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) cover the annual membership cost for Exponential Health, making our comprehensive executive health benefits an even more accessible and valuable investment for your employees’ well-being.
For new employer groups signing up and paying for 10 or more members (excluding dependents), we offer a one-time membership fee discount available for both employees and their spouse/partner.

Concierge care emphasizes prevention, same- or next-day visits, 24/7 communication, extended appointment times, and a more personalized approach compared to the typical insurance-based model. Our patients benefit from unhurried, extended appointments which are typically 60-90 minutes, allowing time to address concerns in depth.
Do I still need health insurance if I join?
Yes. Membership covers enhanced access and care coordination but does not replace insurance, which is still needed for hospitalizations, specialists, labs, imaging, or emergency services. Often, the membership fee can be payable by HSA/FSA funds.
What services are included in the membership?
Unlimited office visits, extended annual physicals, direct communication (phone, text, email), same/next-day appointments, care management, annual preventive testing, Registered Dietitian, minor in-office procedures, specialist access, personalized wellness planning, discounted IV Vitamin infusions, in-house/delivery pharmacy – and more!
Do you coordinate with specialists?
Absolutely. We help schedule referrals, send records, and follow up to ensure continuity of care.
Is the fee monthly or annual?
Membership is billed annually, with renewal of membership 12 months following the date of initial payment.
